As our products are almost always made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If the item you have received is faulty, we will happily repair the garment for you or refund the full purchase amount.

Please note that in order for a refund to be processed, it is necessary for our team to first assess the item.



Although our items are made to order, we are generally able to accommodate an exchange for an item of your choice, provided the garment you are exchanging is unworn.

Requests for exchanges must be made within 1 week of receiving your order, through our contact form.
